Have you added any new fixtures to your property since your purchase? Have you renovated after the tenants moved out? If so, you may need an updated tax depreciation report.
Fully furnished properties are complex and require additional time for valuation and completion.
Please note that if you purchased a fully furnished property after 9th May 2017, the furniture will not be deductible. On the sale of your property, furniture that was second-hand as at the date of purchase will form the cost base for capital gains tax.
If you require valuations of capital gains assets, please let us know.
Once we agree on the price for any additional work, the new furniture will be included in the report. Alternatively, if you require amendments to your previous report, we will include those as well. Please contact us for a quote.
